What this website collects.

Short version: almost nothing. This page covers the khaiagency.com website. How we handle a client’s calls and files is on the security page.

No advertising or tracking

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking scripts, and doesn’t sell or share information about visitors.

What the site’s tools do

The cost calculator and the “Ask this page” box run inside your browser. What you type into them isn’t sent to us or stored.

The chat

The chat in the corner is an AI assistant run by Retell AI. What you type or say in it is sent to Retell and to us so it can answer and so we can follow up. The chat may store a small amount of data in your browser to keep the conversation going. Don’t share anything in it you wouldn’t put in an email.

Other services the page uses

The fonts load from Google Fonts, the 3D engine from a public code library and the chat from Retell AI, so those services see your IP address when the page loads, as with any website that uses them. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs for security.

When you contact us

If you book a call, Cal.com handles the booking under its own privacy policy, and we receive the name, email and notes you enter. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and do the work. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

Deleting your information

Email khainguyen@khaiagency.com and we’ll delete what we hold about you, unless we have to keep it for tax or legal records.
