“Where is the file for customer ABCX?” Somewhere in here.
Ask your business anything.
AskOwner reads your files, email and notes, so your team asks it instead of calling you, and you can finally step back from the day-to-day.
What it does
Everything you know lives in your head, your inbox and a shared drive nobody can search.
AskOwner reads all of it. Your team asks in plain words, the way they would ask you, and gets a short answer with a link to the exact file it came from. When the answer isn’t in your files, it says so instead of guessing.
- Reads your files, email and notes
- Answers with the source document
- Says “I don’t know” when it doesn’t
- Stays up to date as new files arrive
- Only people you name can use it
What a question looks like
Your office manager asks. You don’t get the call.
Question
Where is the file for customer ABCX?
AskOwner
The signed contract is dated 12 March. It’s in the ABCX folder, page 1.
Source · ABCX_contract.pdf- “What did we quote the Riverside job last spring?”
- “Which supplier do we use for 2-inch PVC?”
- “What’s our warranty on water heaters?”
- “Has the Lopez invoice been paid?”
Try a small version now: the “Ask this page” box on the home page answers only from that page and shows its source.
FAQ
Before you book.
What does it cost?
It depends on what we connect and how much it handles. You get a clear quote after the intro call, before any work starts.
My files are a mess. Does it still work?
Yes. Messy folders and long email threads are normal. AskOwner reads them as they are, and we tidy only what it needs to answer well.
Where do my files go?
Into an index that only your assistant reads. We only use AI providers whose business terms say your data isn’t used to train their models. See the security page for the details.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Phone numbers, calendars and data accounts are set up in your business’s name, so nothing is locked to Khai.
Is there a long contract?
No. After setup it’s month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice and we hand everything over.
